Terms of Service

1.) Communications will be handled in my email ([email protected]) or through DMS in my social media accounts on twitter or bluesky.
2.) References with pictures are required. Moodboards, and rough sketches of the composition are encouraged.
3.) After the initial payment, an initial sketch will be sent for approval.
4.) Minor revisions and major revisions with the limit of 3 will be free. Revisions beyond 3 will be subjected to payment
5.) Refunds are not allowed after the approval of the initial sketch.
6.) Turn over is 1-5 weeks. Updates will be sent to the client during the course of the commission. If a situtation arises where I am unable to finish a commission on time you will be notified immediately.
7.) A full resolution png will be inclusive of the digital commission.
8.) Commissions are strictly for non-commercial personal uses only.
9.) As an artist I retain all rights to my artwork and have distributive rights to post any finished commission work in my social media accounts.
10.) I have the right to decline any commission work.
11.) Processing my artwork to A.I. is strictly prohibited.

Payment

1.) Paying 50% of the commission price upfront is required before starting the commission. The remaining 50% will be paid when the commission is finished.
2.) Payment will be done either through Paypal (USD) or Gcash (PHP)
